Our Parts and Service Department is open daily from 8:30 until 5:30, Monday through Friday and Saturday from 8:30 to 1pm. To minimize downtime, please call ahead to schedule your appointment for the day you would like to drop off your unit. Depending on the season, our Service Department can run between 2 and 6 weeks behind for repairs. When your unit is assigned a Technician, repairs will begin and if parts are needed, they can be ordered if not already on hand. Many parts can only be ordered from the factory and they will require additional time. We try to accommodate planned trips and schedules. Please let one of our Service Advisors know if you have trips scheduled.
From minor to major repairs and insurance work, our service facility can complete your repairs. Our new facility is designed with the customer in mind and our large customer lounge will ease your wait time. From roofs and appliances, to slide-outs and awnings, we are here to help you with all your service needs.
