Graham started with Country Roads RV Center in 2014, hiring on as an RV detailer. Since he started, he’s worked his way up from detailer to a technician role, then to Parts Manager, before taking over the Service Manager position. No matter what role he’s working in, Graham has always demonstrated willingness, capability, and drive to go the extra mile for our customers, so they can go the extra mile for their families as they enjoy the RVs, toy haulers, fifth wheels, and travel trailers Country Roads RV Center sells and services. Graham’s attention to detail and dedication to an exceptional customer experience at every step of our customers’ service journeys has made him a critical part of our Service Center, and his resume and innate understanding of every aspect of RV service made him the perfect choice to head up our Service Center.
