Just a note to say thank you for a great experience at the Service Dept. today. We brought our '09 Sabre in with an electrical problem with the intention of having to leave it there. When we arrived Mike and the entire Service Dept got right on it. They began to trouble shoot and in no time found and corrected the problem. The entire crew was exceptional and extremely FRIENDLY. What a pleasure to do business with people like this. Thanks for a WOW experience!

Thanks again for making our first RV purchase experience a pleasant and painless one. From our first visit to your place of business we were impressed with the office. I know that may seem trivial but it tells me a lot about your attention to detail and how you run your business. Cindy was very patient and knowledgeable while showing us around the lot and answering questions.

Also, the guys today in the shop were extremely helpful in answering my questions and lightening my wallet a little more with accessory purchases.

We would like to thank you and the staff at Country Roads for such an honest, straight forward and hassle free transaction yesterday. Less than two hours after our arrival the transaction was complete, camper features were demonstrated and we were on our way. Such integrity and efficient team work is rare in this day and time.

Although we were "ragged out" from the drive back home, we had a safe and uneventful trip. The camper towed beautifully and we don't think we could have gotten a better match for our Nissan Frontier without giving up features. We had a combination of interstate and non-interstate travel with speeds of 60-65 miles per hour, every thing was stable, even with the rutted lanes and heavy truck buffeting on I-95. Anytime it was upset by road surface or buffeting it would return to a stable tow with minimum oscillation. We love the camper, you had the best price east of the Mississippi an it appears to be perfect for a couple of empty nesters with a limited tow capacity.

We've had our 2010 Surveyor 186 for exactly a year, and we wanted to mention that we have been extremely pleased with your service department. Mike and Paul have been great to work with. They have been very flexible in accommodating our scheduling needs, they do quality work and they have never tried to sell us goods or services that we don't really need.

They always have time to talk with us over the phone to help resolve a problem, and we feel lucky to have that kind of customer service available to us and so nearby. Should we ever have occasion to purchase another camper, our first choice would be a Forest River, largely because we know we can get quality service from people we like and trust.

We love our R-POD! We attribute the good time [camping] to excellent sales (sold us the unit that fit our needs), excellent service (everything had been tested), and an excellent 'walk thru') explaining all of the systems, etc. Please let the service folks know how much we appreciated their work as we were able to really enjoy the camper over the weekend! Again, thank you and your staff for a great weekend and many more to come!

Dealing with Mr. Zimmerman, the owner and lead salesman, was a great experience. He held to his word. His tech Mike also was a stand up guy who walked me through the entire unit. I would definitely suggest them if you are looking.
